Privacy policy.

Effective date: August 6, 2026

The short version: this website uses no analytics, no ad trackers, and no cookies. The apps are built to collect the minimum needed to work, keep data on your device where possible, and never sell it. App-specific details will be added here as each app reaches the stores.

Who we are

Schill Labs is an independent software studio run by one developer ("Schill Labs", "we", "us"). You can reach us anytime at hello@schilllabs.com.

This website

schilllabs.com is a static website. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare's servers log standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The newsletter

We do not run a mailing-list service yet. To join the launch list, email hello@schilllabs.com and say so. We store the address you give us and use it for one thing: launch announcements. Addresses are kept until you ask to be removed — email the same address and we'll take you off. The list is never sold, rented, or shared. Once a mailing-list provider is in place, every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Contact and support

When you email hello@schilllabs.com — through any support link on this site — we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond. Threads are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Support and launch-list correspondence is held by the email provider behind hello@schilllabs.com.

FragLedger

FragLedger is a live web product at fragledger.com. Sign-in, match history, and demo processing are handled on that site, not on schilllabs.com. Use the privacy policy published there for FragLedger-specific data practices.

Live QA

Live QA is a company question-and-answer bot still in development. Before any company trial, this policy will be updated with what the product stores, how company material is handled, and how long it is kept.

Our apps

Our phone apps — Mello, Dryfire Trainer, Swing Loop, and Bloom Doc — are currently in development. They are being built on these principles:

  • Minimal collection. If a feature doesn't need a piece of data, we don't collect it.
  • On-device first. Practice logs, care schedules, and personal records stay on your device wherever possible.
  • Purpose-bound processing. Data you actively provide (for example, a plant photo submitted for identification in Bloom Doc) is used to deliver that feature and not repurposed.
  • No selling data. Ever.

Before each app launches, this policy will be updated with that app's specific disclosures — what is collected, what stays on-device, and what (if anything) is processed by service providers. Those details will also appear in the App Store and Google Play listings.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Anyone can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold on them — email hello@schilllabs.com and we'll take care of it. If you live in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

When this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes affecting a launched app will be called out in that app's release notes.
